  • 01. I have been charged Seller Cancellation Charges even when the order wasn't cancelled by me. What do I do ?

    Please review the 'Cancellation & Return' policy to know in which situations 'Seller Cancellaton Charges' can be imposed. If you still think you've been wrongfully charged, please raise a ticket for the order. 

    To raise a ticket : 

    a. Go to 'My Orders'

    b. Select the action dropdown for the order in question

    c. Select 'Raise a ticket'

    d. Enter details and click 'Submit'

    e. We'll review the ticket and get back to you for resolution
