  • 01. Can I have multiple Bank Accounts listed on Seventh Square?

    Please reach out to us at seller@seventhsq.com to list multiple bank accounts for receiving payments.

  • 02. Why does it show 'not verified' even when I've entered the required details ?

    Please check your Seller Profile if you have provided all the required details. If yes, please get in touch with us for the same at seller@seventhsq.com . Verification is required for Phone Number , Email , Bank Account , GSTIN  and CIN / PAN.

  • 03. How are the details verified and what do I need to do ?

    Verification for Bank Account , GSTIN and CIN / PAN is automatic and will notify you of the verification once you’ve saved the correct details. Phone Number and Email require OTP verification.

  • 04. I forgot my password. How do I get the account back ?

    A. You can login by sending OTP to your phone and verifying your account. Once logged in, you can change your password in your seller profile. 

    B. Click on Forgot Password and enter Phone / Email. It will ask for OTP verification for both. Once verified, you will be redirected to Password Reset Window. 

  • 05. Can I have multiple Pick up Locations ?

    Yes. You can list multiple Pick up locations in your profile and also select multiple locations from added for any particular product.

  • 06. What details do I need to provide to verify myself as a seller ?

    A. GSTIN

    B. Bank Account

    C. Company CIN / PAN

  • 07. I want to change my bank account details. How do I do that ?

    Go to Seller Profile > Click on the pen icon in the Bank Account Info box. If the details you enter are correct, the new details will be updated instantly. 

  • 08. I am unable to sign in to my account. What do I do?

    To maintain the integrity of the marketplace and experience for the customers, we ensure all our sellers are genuine. This helps sellers like you as it protects you from counterfeit products and sellers.
