I need to add some information regarding the product but unable to find the relevant heading. Where do I add it ?
Any information not relevant to the other fields can be added to 'Product Description' under the Basic Info page. The same will be shown to the visitors on your product page.

Which image will be shown to the customer if my product has variants ?
The default image of your default product variant will be the main image shown to the customers.

Will Customers see my company's brand name and info while buying my products on the platform ?
Yes. Your brand name as well as Brand description are both displayed on each of your product's page.

How many images can I add for any product ?
You can add upto 10 images for any particular product.

I have a file with all my products listed. Can I simply upload the whole file for all my products ?
Products can be individually added using the 'Add New Product' form on the platform. For bulk upload, please get in touch with us at seller@seventhsq.com
