Enquiries

Building Materials Sales is often personalised based on Quantity and Delivery Location. Many products also have fluctuating pricing which makes them unable to list at fixed prices.

We have solved this issue for both the consumers and the seller by offering to the consumers industry-level procurement tools such as Request for Quote, Once an enquiry is raised for your product, it is displayed under 'Customer Enquiry' with all the details to help you decide whether you want to fulfil the enquiry or not.

Order Terms & Settings

-Order Processing Time

Order Processing Time or Order Handling time refers to the time it takes for you or any of your products to be packed for shipment. You can set this time for all your products as default in your seller profile or for individual products while you upload them.

-Order cutoff Time

This represents the time when you'll last accept orders for the day. It is useful in estimating shipping and delivery timelines.

For example,

If your warehouse labour for shipping new orders leaves at 5pm everyday. Then you can set your order cut off time for 5pm. In this way, even if you're dispatching the product on the same day for the rest of the orders, every order received after 5pm will automatically be required to be delivered the next day only.
