How to get your products to your customers? We've got you covered!

On Seventh Square, you have two ways to deliver your orders:

1. Self Shipping
  • Ship the products using your own delivery network.
  • When Self-Shipping, your shipping costs have to be included in the Sale price. Please make the necessary updations to Sale Price before making the products live.
  • Make sure to regularly update the order status in your dashboard for Self-Shipped orders.
2. Ship with Seventh Square:
  • In this selection, the order deliveries are managed by Seventh Square through our extensive delivery partner network.
  • Once order received is packed and ready-for-dispatch, you can select ‘Schedule pick up’ from the action column. We will provide you with the details of the scheduled pick up in ‘View dispatch details’
  • Once picked up, we will provide you regular updates on the shipment.
How much does it cost?
  • The price depends on how heavy your product is and how far it needs to travel.
About returns :
  • You can share your own return policy while adding the product which will be applicable to the product on the platform.
  • If you choose not to add a return policy for any of your products, Seventh Square’s general returns policy will be applicable.
  • Customers can return the products for either refund or replacement. Please refer to the ‘Cancellation & Return’ policy to understand in details for both.
